Actual Gross Profit Gross profit minus un-received credit notes.
BUP Backup Plan. Also a Customer Care Plan.
Product support that includes technical questions, product breakdowns, claims professionals and repairs.
CSV Comma Separated Values.
A CSV file is a type of file that you can modify using Excel.
You use it as a spreadsheet.
Customer Contact One of the many contact types for any customer. Use this for someone who purchases items from your store.
Delivered Sale Delivered: Any delivered sale item is considered a 'delivered sale'.
Distributor Contact One of the many contact types for any customer. Use this for your distributors (Samsung, LG etc).
Invoiced Sale Invoiced: Any invoiced sale item is considered an 'invoiced sale'.
Local Contact One of the many contact types for any customer. A local contact is someone other than a customer or distributor. An example would be a staff member or a contractor you use (plumber, painter etc).

OTB Open To Buy.
Pending Gross Profit Gross profit inclusive of un-received credit notes.
Sale Progress A sale can be in one of three progress stages.
Written: Any sale item is considered a 'written sale'.
Invoiced: Any invoiced sale item is considered an 'invoiced sale'.
Delivered: Any delivered sale item is considered a 'delivered sale'.
Store Contact One of the many contact types for any customer. Use this for other BiRite stores besides yours.
